Delicate lazy dumplings that don't spread on the plate: the perfect dough recipe
Lazy dumplings are a dish we've known since childhood. It can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They can be sweet and salty and served with jam or sour cream. In any case, it is incredibly tasty.
Blogger Valeria Lapchenko shared on Instagram how to make lazy dumplings so that they are tender and do not spread on the plate. A dish made according to this recipe will definitely be enjoyed by everyone.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 300 gr
- Egg - 1 pc
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Flour - 4 tbsp +1 tbsp for rolling
Method of preparation
1.Add the egg, sugar and a pinch of salt to the cottage cheese. Mix well.
2. Add the flour and mix again until smooth.
3. Divide the finished dough into two equal parts and roll out sausages 2 fingers thick.
4. Cut the sausages into equal pieces.
5. Heat water in a saucepan.
6. Throw in the lazy dumplings and boil for 5-7 minutes.
7. After cooking, while the dumplings are still hot, add a piece of butter.
8. Serve with sour cream, fruit and berries.
