Cooking crepes for the whole family

Traditionally, crepes are made with milk, kefir, or even mayonnaise. And the flavors are completely different. But there is one win-win option that makes the dish very tender, elastic and does not tear or burn. In addition, it is low in calories.

The idea was published on the pp_basis Instagram page. In this recipe, in addition to milk, non-greasy cottage cheese is added.

Ingredients:

  • durum wheat flour – 150 g
  • cottage cheese 5% fat in briquettes – 200 g
  • eggs – 4 pcs
  • 2.5% milk – 300 ml
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • sweetener, salt, vanilla, cinnamon – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender.

2. Add eggs, milk, butter, salt, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon, flour, and mix well. The dough should be like liquid sour cream, without lumps.

3. Pour the batter in portions onto a preheated frying pan. If it is not non-stick, grease it with olive oil before the first pancake.

4. Fry the pancake on one side, turn it over, and fry it on the other.
