Cutlets will turn out juicy and not overdried: what you need to add to the minced meat

If the cutlets are dietary, they often turn out dry. But even minced chicken can be made very juicy. To do this, add broccoli to the frying mass.

The idea of making juicy chicken cutlets with broccoli was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Movchan (katarina_movchan). It also turns out to be very healthy.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 900 g
  • broccoli - 300 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • salt, ground pepper, and dry garlic to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.

2. Finely chop the broccoli and put it in a bowl.

3. Add the flour, eggs, salt, pepper, and dry garlic to the broccoli and meat.

4. Mix the mixture well.

5. Preheat the frying pan.

6. Pour a small amount of oil.

6. Put the cutlets in the pan.

7. Fry on both sides for 7-10 minutes to keep the cutlets juicy and not overdried.
