Village-style cutlets are probably the best recipe you've ever made. They are extremely tender, juicy, and practically dietary.

Food blogger Alex Mil shared on Instagram how to make rustic cutlets. He is sure that this recipe will become your favorite.

Ingredients for cutlets:

  • Chicken minced meat - 300-350 gr
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • Mushrooms - 150 gr
  • Onion - 50 gr
  • Sour cream - 100-150 gr
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Add finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp of breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, egg and mix everything.

2. Pour oil into the frying pan and fry the cutlets until golden on both sides. Remove from the pan.

3. In the same pan, fry the chopped mushrooms, garlic, and onion until golden brown. Add salt.

4. Add the sour cream, pour in the water, and add the pepper. If you want the sauce to be thick, add a spoonful of flour.

5. Mix everything and put the cutlets in. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
