The cook shared a recipe for delicious currant jam on Instagram, which is very thick and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of black currants
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 kg of sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the currants and put them in a saucepan.
2. Add water and half the sugar, bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
3. Then remove from heat, add the second half of the sugar, mix thoroughly to melt the sugar.
4. Pour the jam into sterile jars and seal them airtight.
