Ingredients:
- flour - 1 cup
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 1 cup
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- butter - 2 tbsp.
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the cottage cheese with eggs, sour cream, and melted butter.
2. Add flour, sugar, half a teaspoon of slaked soda, and a pinch of salt.
3. Mix everything and put it into the muffin tins.
4. Bake at 180 degrees until cooked.
If desired, add raisins by steaming them in hot water.
