Curd dessert with strawberries: delicious and simple

Curd and berry dessert
200 ml milk (0.8 cup*)
50 g sugar (2 tbsp. with a slide)
15 g cornstarch (1/2 tbsp.)
200 g cottage cheese (0.8 cup, fat content 5-9%)
50 g strawberry puree (1.5 tbsp.) 50 g currant puree (1.5 tbsp.)
5 g gelatin + 25 ml water (1 tsp. with a slide + 5 tsp. water)
200 ml of cream (0.8 cup, fat content from 30%)
*Volume of a glass - 250 ml
For decoration:
strawberries 5 g powdered sugar (1/2 tsp.)
Prepare dessert
1. Soak the gelatine with water, leave to swell for 5-10 minutes.
2. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.
3. Mix the milk, sugar and cornstarch, put on the fire, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds.
4. Add the swollen gelatin, stir.
5. Add cottage cheese, stir.
6. Add strawberry and currant puree, mix.
7. Whip cream to soft peaks.
8. Combine the cream with the cottage cheese mixture, mix.
9. Spread the cream into molds, put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
10. Decorate the dessert with sliced strawberries.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
