Curd casserole without cottage cheese: how to replace the main ingredient in the dish

Ingredients:
- 250 ml. ricotta
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tbsp. of sugar
- lemon zest
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Method of preparation:
1. Put the ricotta in a bowl, add the egg, sugar, zest, and corn flour.
2. Beat everything until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into the molds and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes, turn on the convection mode for the last 10 minutes.
Serve with sour cream or your favorite yogurt and berries!
