Curd is an ideal product for making not only cheesecakes and dumplings, but also lush casseroles and appetizers. In order for the casserole to be lush, cooks advise adding only 2-3 eggs and not adding flour.

Cook Alina FooDee shared on YouTube a recipe for a lush cottage cheese casserole, which will turn out light and airy.

Ingredients:

  • Curd - 600 g
  • Large egg - 3 pcs.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • Sour cream - 3 tbsp. with a large slide
  • Semolina - 3 tbsp. tbsp.
  • Lemon zest, vanilla sugar - as desired
  • Raisins - 3 tbsp. with a slide (optional)

Method of preparation:

1. Pour boiling water over the raisins and leave for 5-10 minutes. Drain and dry the raisins with paper towels.

2. Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.

3. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, semolina and yolks to cottage cheese. Beat with a blender for 5 minutes until completely homogeneous. Add raisins, mix. Then add the lemon zest.

4. Whisk the egg whites until fluffy and mix with the cottage cheese mixture.

5. Grease the mold with butter, transfer the curd mixture into the mold and bake for 30-45 minutes at 180 C.
