Recipe for fluffy carrot muffins

Ingredients:
- 80 grams of raw carrots
- 2 eggs
- 65 grams of whole wheat flour
- 1-2 g of baking powder
- 1 tbsp of Greek yogurt (or thick sour cream)

1. Beat carrots and eggs in a blender.
