Ingredients for a glass of 300-350 ml:
- cream 33% - 30 ml
- ice cream - 70-100 g
- sparkling water - 1/2 cup

- toffee - 9-10 pcs.
- whipped cream, syrup - for decoration

1. Pour cream into a saucepan, add toffee, cinnamon, cardamom. Bring the mixture to a homogeneous consistency over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly.
