Ingredients

  • Cucumbers – 3 kg
  • Sugar – 170 gr
  • Apple cider vinegar or 6% – 250 ml
  • Oil – 100 ml
  • Salt – 2.3 tbsp
  • Dry garlic – 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 3 tbsp
  • French mustard – 10 tbsp

Method of preparation

1. Cut the cucumbers into rings of about 3-5 mm.

2. Add all the ingredients to the cucumbers, mix, and leave for 15 minutes.

3. Put the cucumbers on the fire and cook for 15 minutes.

4. Put into sterilized jars and screw on sterilized lids.

5. This amount of ingredients should yield 4 liters of the finished product.
