Food blogger Olha Riabenko knows exactly how to make incredibly tasty and flavorful pickled cucumbers. On Instagram, she said that such cucumbers are the perfect complement to any table, and not just at a picnic.

Ingredients
- cucumbers - 1 kg
- salt - 1-2 tsp
- honey - 2 tsp
- garlic - 6 cloves
- green onions
- dill
- parsley
- grain mustard- 2 tbsp
- chili pepper - ½ tsp
- lemon juice - ½ pc
- oil - 50 ml
The process of cooking
1. If the cucumbers are small, cut them in half. If larger, then into four parts.
Add salt

2. Chop herbs. Add garlic and chili pepper.
Add honey and other ingredients

3. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
The cucumbers will be ready in 2 hours

4. Put in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
