Cucumber and tomato salad in a new way: recipe for a classic summer dish
The main spring and summer products for making delicious salads for lunch and dinner are tomatoes and cucumbers. They go well with all vegetables, as well as with any dressing, but it is better not to use mayonnaise. Choose sour cream or yogurt instead.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers - 5 pcs.
- cherry tomatoes - 500 g
- red onion - 1 pc.
- greens: dill, cilantro - 1/2 bunch each
For the dressing:
- chili pepper - 1/2 pc.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves.
- nuts - 70 g
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp.
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the cucumbers, peel them, and cut into half rings.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
3. Wash the greens and chop them finely.
4. Put everything in a salad bowl.
5. For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth. Do not forget to remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
