Crumbly pilaf with bulgur: how to prepare a familiar porridge in a new way

Ingredients:
- beef - 500-600 g
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 2 pcs
- bulgur - 450 g
- salt, spices
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and put it on the fire.
2. Chop the beef and add to the onions. Fry until half cooked.
3. Chop the carrots and add to the meat. At the same time with the carrots, add salt and spices. Pour boiling water and stew under a lid for 15-20 minutes.
4. Add bulgur, stir. Pour steep boiling water, salt and cook until ready.
Important point: in order for the pilaf to turn out crumbly, you should choose bulgur with large grains of high quality.
