Crumbly fried rice with vegetables in 30 minutes
Rice is considered one of the most versatile cereals. If you decide to have rice for lunch or dinner and want your meal to be healthy, nourishing, and balanced, it is best to supplement the porridge with vegetables.

Ingredients:
- basmati rice - 1 cup
- onion - 1 pc
- carrots - 1 pc
- corn - 1/2
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil, butter
- salt, pepper, seasoning
- water, broth - 2 cups
Method of preparation:
1. Heat vegetable oil with butter in a frying pan.
2. Cut the onion into cubes. Pour into the pan and fry until soft.
3. Grate the carrots and add to the onion. Fry until soft.
4. Add tomato and corn. Stew for 3 minutes.
5. Add rice and water, as well as salt, pepper and seasonings. Cook under a lid over low heat for 30 minutes.
