Crumbly apple pie with minimal pastry: perfect for tea and coffee
Apple pie is one of the simplest, tastiest winter treats that can be prepared from sandy and yeast dough. It is worth noting that apples are perfectly combined with cinnamon and cane sugar and it is best to simmer them beforehand with sugar, so they will be soft and with a pleasant caramel flavor.

Ingredients:
Filling:
- apples - 1 kg
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- cinnamon - to taste
- vanilla sugar
For the dough:
- cold butter - 150 g
- flour - 360 g
- sugar - 130 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- leavening agent - 8 g
- salt - pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Melt sugar in a pan, add apples and spices and simmer until moisture evaporates.
2. Mix flour with baking powder, baking soda, add butter, egg, sugar and knead dough into crumbs.
3- In a parchment-lined mold, place a layer of pastry, then apples and then pastry again.
4. Bake the pie for 50 minutes at 180 C.
