Ingredients:

  • black bread
  • garlic clove for each piece of bread
  • salt, pepper

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • sour cream 20% – 200 g
  • Karri – 1 tsp
  • dry garlic – 0.5 tsp
  • Suneli hops – 0.5 tsp
  • salt – 0.25 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the bread into slices 1.5-2 cm thick. Thinner is not necessary to prevent the croutons from falling apart.

2. Squeeze a clove of garlic on each slice of bread and spread it over the slice.

3. Put the next slice of bread on top, press it against the bottom slice, and squeeze another clove of garlic. Do this with all the bread.

4. Leave it for 10 minutes, then remove the garlic pieces from the bread with a knife so that it does not burn in the oven and spoil the taste of the croutons.

5. Cut the bread into cubes so that it is easy to dip into the sauce.

6. Put them in a preheated 180-degree oven for 7-8 minutes and make sure that they become crispy on top, as soon as the crust appears, pull them out immediately so that the croutons inside remain soft.

7. Prepare the sauce: add all the spices to the sour cream and mix.

1. Separate the thighs from the bone and skin, cut them into medium-sized pieces, and fry over medium heat until golden brown, season at the end.

2. Cut the tomato and lettuce into small pieces for the cooled chicken, mix everything, put on a large oval plate, and sprinkle with grated cheese on a fine grater.

3. Put the croutons on the edges.

4. Prepare the sauce: mix all the ingredients until smooth, and let it brew. Serve the salad separately in a sauce bowl and then mix.
