Crispy wings in sauce: the recipe for the best marinade from the cook
Chicken wings can be cooked in different ways: fried, baked, stewed, and grilled and air-grilled. To make them soft, you need to marinate them well.
Chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, crispy wings with chili, curry, and onions.
Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 500 g
- Shallots - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 30 g
- Water - 50 g
- Potato starch - 30 g
- Chili - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Dried green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Blend shallots and garlic with water in a blender.
2. Cut the wings into two parts, add the garlic paste, spices and marinate.
3. Fry in an air fryer for 18 minutes or in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
