Crispy tubes with condensed milk in a pan: when there is no waffle iron at hand

For many people, wafer tubes with condensed milk are a taste of childhood. This dessert was often prepared by mom or grandmother, and the delicacy would be gone in a matter of minutes. Nowadays, it's extremely easy to replicate the tubes at home, and you don't need to fiddle with the dough and oven for a long time.

The recipe for tubes in a frying pan with condensed milk was shared by food blogger Oksana Komashchuk. It was posted on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 150 g
  • milk - 100 ml
  • butter - 100 g
  • flour - 200 g
  • boiled condensed milk - 2 tbsp
  • walnuts
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt.

2. Add milk, and melted butter and continue whisking.

3. Add the sifted flour.

4. Fry the waffles in a frying pan for 2 minutes.

5. While the waffles are still hot, brush them with condensed milk and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Wrap them in tubes.
