Crispy striped cookies without baking: what is the popularity of an amazing dessert
These striped cookies are a real find for every housewife who likes to surprise her family with unusual delicacies. The dough for the cookies is simple and can be prepared in minutes without adding yeast. But the biggest advantage and convenience of the delicacy is that it does not need to be baked in the oven, but can simply be fried in a pan. The only important thing is to figure out how to repeat the striped color.
Food blogger Denys Tymchuk (kulynarist) shared the recipe for striped frying pan cookies on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- flour – 300 g
- corn starch – 15 g
- sugar – 60 g
- condensed milk – 40 ml
- butter – 50 g
- cocoa – 2 tbsp
- vanilla – 1/2 tsp
- water – 100 ml
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour and starch into a bowl.
2. Pour in the condensed milk.

3. Add sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla and butter. Mix until smooth.
4. Add water and knead the dough.
5. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Pour cocoa into one of them. Mix well.
6. Put each part in a bag and roll it out into two equal rectangles.
Preparing the biscuits for frying
7. Remove the bags from the dough. Put the two parts on top of each other and wrap them in a tube. Put in the freezer for 3 hours.
8. Cut the tube into thin portions.
8. Fry the biscuits in a large amount of oil. Put them on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
