Ingredients
- salmon - 250 gr
- green onions - a few stalks
- garlic - 1 clove
- ginger
- cornstarch - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- sesame oil - 1 tsp
- rice paper - 5 sheets
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation
1. Wash salmon and chop it finely.
2. Chop onion and add to the fish.
3. Squeeze garlic and grate ginger on a fine grater.
4. Add starch, soy sauce, oil and mix well.
5. Dip rice paper in water and place it on a board. It will become soft and elastic in 30 seconds.
6. Spread a tablespoon of the filling and wrap it up to form triangles.
7. Generously grease the spring rolls with vegetable oil and bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
