Cook Halyna shared a recipe for delicious cabbage with beets, garlic, and ginger on Instagram, which turns out to be very crispy.
Ingredients:
- white cabbage - 2 kg
- blue cabbage - 1.6 kg
- boiled beets - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 1 head
- grated ginger - 2 tbsp
- salt - for 1 kg of cabbage 20 g
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.
2. Add the pre-cooked beets, grated or chopped.
2. Grate the garlic, add grated ginger, salt and mix well with your hands. Tamp and put under the press.
3. Be sure to put a lid on top and leave at room temperature for 7 days, then put it in the cold. It is best to ferment cabbage for 14 days.
