Crispy rice with chicken that is easier to cook than pilaf
Traditional pilaf in a pot or frying pan does not always turn out crumbly. It often looks like porridge. But if you don't have time to stand at the stove for a long time and monitor the consistency, you can cook rice with meat in an oven bag. This way, it will definitely be very crumbly, tender, and flavorful.

Ingredients:
- chicken - 1 pc.
- rice - 1 large glass
- water - 2 cups (250 ml glass)
- onion
- clove buds - 5 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
Ingredients for the marinade:
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- dry garlic - to taste
Spices for rice:
- salt - 1 tsp.
- turmeric - 0.5 tbsp.
- barberry - 4 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Pepper the whole chicken.
2. Add paprika, soy sauce, dry garlic, a little oil, salt to taste.
3. Rub the meat well on all sides.
4. Insert a clove into the whole onion for flavor.
5. In a separate bowl, mix turmeric, barberry and salt.
6. Put the spices, coarsely chopped carrots and rice in an oven bag.
7. Add a few glasses of water and mix well.
8. Put the onion and cloves on top of the marinated chicken.
9. Tie the bag tightly, put it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour and twenty minutes.
