Crispy potato and sweet potato sticks: what you need while watching movies
When you decide to spend the evening watching your favorite movies, your hand reaches for something tasty. It is at such moments that a person consumes too many calories and unhealthy foods bought in the store.
Therefore, we suggest preparing a variety of snacks at home. They are much healthier and tastier. A recipe for one of them was shared on Instagram by a food blogger with the nickname thefoodhub.by ilona.
Sweet potato sticks.

Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 pc
- Sweet potato - ½ pc
- Dry garlic - 1 tbsp
- Suluguni or mozzarella - 100 g
- Cornstarch - 5-6 tbsp
- Dill - a few sprigs
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation.
1. Peel the potatoes and sweet potatoes and boil until tender.
Add your favorite spices.

2. Let cool slightly, mash everything well.
3. Add dry garlic, salt, pepper and starch, mix well.
Roll out the potato dough.

4. Add dill and grated cheese and mix again. It should be the consistency of dough.
Cut the sticks.

5. Shape the dough into sticks and fry in a large amount of oil until golden brown.
