Pita bread can be used to make a lot of quick and tasty dishes as appetizers, and it can also be added to salads, desserts, and even chips.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, crispy pita bread tubes with cheese filling.
Ingredients:
- pita bread - 1-2 pcs.
- cheese - 180 g
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs.
- herbs: dill, parsley, green onions - to taste
- sour cream - 2-3 tbsp.
- spices: salt, pepper - to taste
- ghee oil - for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Grate cheese and boiled eggs on a coarse grater, add spices, chopped herbs, sour cream and mix well.
2. Cut the pita bread into rectangles. Spread the filling on the pita bread and roll it into a tube.
3. Fry on both sides in hot vegetable oil until crispy.
