Crispy pickles with garlic, herbs and lemon juice: you can eat them in an hour
Homemade pickles can be prepared in just 5 minutes and eaten in an hour. For a tangy flavor, add lemon juice, soy sauce and herbs.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very tasty pickles with garlic, dill and soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- Gherkin cucumbers 4-5 pcs.
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dill bunch
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Cooking method:
1. Wash and cut cucumbers into bars.
2. Add salt, soy sauce, lemon juice, grated garlic, oil, mix and leave to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Ready-made pickles!
