Crispy onion and salt crackers in 10 minutes: without milk and eggs
Crispy crackers with onions and salt are a popular snack loved by both adults and children. It can be made at home from a few simple ingredients in just 10 minutes.
The recipe for onion crackers was published on one of the cooking blogs (bonitavkusnoo) on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- onions – 2 pcs
- flour – 280 g
- vegetable oil – 100 ml
- salt – 2 tsp (1 tsp in the dough, 1 tsp for sprinkling)
- baking powder – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat onion in a blender with oil.
2. Add salt, baking powder, and flour to the resulting mass. Knead the dough.
3. Roll out the dough into a layer and sprinkle with salt. Cut into squares and place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
