Lightly salted cucumbers can be prepared simply with salt, garlic, and spices. You can also add hot chili peppers for a spicy flavor.
On Instagram, Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe for crispy lightly salted cucumbers with garlic and herbs that are very easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- 700 g of cucumbers
- 8 g of salt (a teaspoon)
- dill and garlic
- oil
- 20 g vinegar, preferably apple cider vinegar
- a slider bag
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into 4 pieces, put them in a bag, add salt, chopped dill, parsley, and garlic, if desired.
2. Add flavored oil, close the bag, mix well and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
