Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
Chicken eggs
  • sugar - 100 g
Baking powder for dough
  • salt - a pinch
  • kefir - 220 g
Vegetable oil
  • oil - 100 ml
  • flour - 550 g
Wheat flour
  • baking powder - 1.5 tsp.

The filling:

thick jam, chocolate, cinnamon with sugar, apples, cherries

Method of preparation:

1. Combine eggs, salt, sugar, kefir, oil in a bowl and beat with a whisk until smooth.
