Crispy homemade oatmeal cookies without sugar in a hurry: a simple recipe
Oatmeal cookies are one of the most delicious and healthy homemade desserts for tea. They are also very popular with both children and adults and can be made easily at home from the simplest ingredients.
Nutritionist Anastasiia Holoborodko shared on Instagram a recipe for healthy and quick crispy oatmeal cookies that you can prepare in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal – 100 g
- almond flour – 50-60 g
- gluten-free flour – 125 g
- baking powder – 1/2 tsp
- baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- coarse salt – 1/4 tsp
- Stevia – to taste
- honey or maple syrup – 2 tsp
- butter – 60 g
- coconut oil – 60 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- seeds – 1 tbsp
- sunflower seeds – a handful
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter and coconut slightly.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
3. Use your hands to form balls, then press them down a little.
4. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
Be sure to cool the finished cookies and you can eat them!
