Crispy grissini sticks: how to make at home
Many restaurants often offer a free compliment in the form of grissini sticks. They are very appetizing and crispy, go well with a variety of sauces, and satisfy hunger. And most importantly, you can make such a delicious appetizer at home.
The idea of making homemade grissini sticks was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname juulscooking.
Ingredients:
- warm milk – 0.25
- dry yeast – 10 g
- salt – 1 tsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
- sunflower oil – 30 g
- flour – 200 g
- poppy seeds, salt, and sesame seeds for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough and roll it out.
2. Sprinkle with salt, poppy seeds and sesame seeds.
3. You can also use Provencal herbs.
4. Cut the dough into thin strips and roll it up.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
