Crispy Goose feet cookies: a recipe for the simplest curd dough

Goose feet cookies are a very simple, quick and crispy pastry. Traditionally, they are made from the simplest cottage cheese dough with the addition of eggs. For decoration, sugar coating is used.

Food blogger Lilia with the nickname lileklilek2 shared a recipe for Goose Feet cheese biscuits on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 300 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • flour - 1-1.5 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 10 g
  • sugar (1 tbsp for the dough + for rolling the cookies)
  • vanilla
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the cottage cheese, butter, eggs, flour. Knead the elastic dough. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. Roll out the chilled dough into a layer, 3-4 mm wide. Squeeze out circles with a glass and dip them in sugar. Then fold the circle in half and dip it in sugar again. In total, repeat these steps three times.

3. Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake at 160-180 degrees for 30 minutes.
