Ingredients for 500-600 grams of cookies
- soft butter - 100 gr
- sugar - 150 gr
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 350-400 gr
- baking powder - 10 g
- vanilla
- salt - a pinch
- chocolate balls, ready-made breakfast - 200-250 g
- chocolate 56% - 2 bars
The method of preparation
1. First, prepare the shortbread dough. Combine soft butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Beat for 5 minutes until light and fluffy.
2. Add baking powder and flour. Knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into about 30 equal parts.
4. Put a piece of chocolate in the middle of each part and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press down a little.
5. Put the chocolate balls on top and press them down as well.
6. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
7. After they have cooled completely, decorate with melted chocolate.
