Crispy condensed milk tubes: how to fry properly
Crispy and delicate tubes filled with condensed milk - a taste that comes from childhood. To make this dessert, you usually use a special device called a waffle iron. But if you don't have one, you can use a regular frying pan.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sugar - 150 g
- salt - a pinch
- butter - 100 g
- milk - 100 ml
- flour - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt until fluffy and light.
2. Add melted butter and milk and mix.
3. Sift the flour and mix again.
4. Pour 1 tablespoon of the batter into a dry, well-heated pan and quickly spread it to make it as thin as possible.
5. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
6. Remove from heat and immediately roll into a tube.
7. Before serving, fill the cold tubes with boiled condensed milk. If you want to make the tubes crispier, you can dry them a little in the oven.
