Chicken wings are a dish that can be eaten baked or fried. To make them crispy, they should be well breaded.
A culinarian shared on Instagram a recipe for very tasty, crispy wings that cook very quickly in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken wings
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 50 ml teriyaki sauce
- pepper, salt to taste
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried garlic
- 2 tbsp. starch
- 1 egg
Preparationmethod :⠀
1. Slice wings and put in a deep bowl, add sauces, spices, mix.
2. Pour in the starch and beat in the egg, mix well again.
3- Fry in a heated pan in a little oil until golden.
Serve while hot!
