Cauliflower is a very healthy vegetable that is simple to prepare, but will definitely become a delicious option for lunch and dinner. It can be baked, cutlets, soup, and added to pies and casseroles.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower - 1 pc.
  • Breadcrumbs - 100 g
  • Parmesan cheese - 100 g
  • Eggs - 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Paprika - 1/4 tsp.
  • Dried garlic - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the cabbage and divide it into florets.
  2. Boil water, add cabbage, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Then drain in a colander and leave to cool completely.
  3. Add all the spices and grated Parmesan to the breadcrumbs.
  4. Beat the eggs with salt.
  5. Dip the cooled cabbage first in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
  6. Put it on a baking sheet or baking dish and bake at 190-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

The dish is best served hot with fresh vegetables, and will also be delicious with sour cream and herbs.
