- Breadcrumbs - 100 g
- Parmesan cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 2-3 pcs.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Paprika - 1/4 tsp.
- Dried garlic - a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Wash the cabbage and divide it into florets.
- Boil water, add cabbage, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Then drain in a colander and leave to cool completely.
- Add all the spices and grated Parmesan to the breadcrumbs.
- Beat the eggs with salt.
- Dip the cooled cabbage first in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Put it on a baking sheet or baking dish and bake at 190-200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
