Crispy asparagus and cheese pie: tastier than pizza
Asparagus is a very tasty and healthy product that can be eaten raw, baked, and fried. The most delicious is to bake it with cheese and add it to pies.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a very light and delicious asparagus puff pastry.
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry - 250 g
- Cottage cheese - 70 g
- Asparagus - 150 g
- Mozzarella - 125 g
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Yolk - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix asparagus with oil, grated garlic.
2. Prick the dough with a fork, make the sides.
3. Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese, put the asparagus, and top with mozzarella. Brush the edges with egg yolk and bake until tender.
