Ingredients:
- egg - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 10 g
- sugar - 15 g
- water - 10 g
- dried garlic - 20 g
- flour - 160 -180 g
Secrets of making crispy brushwood:
1. Roll out the dough very thinly.
2. Sprinkle the surface with flour beforehand.
3. You can simply cut into strips and make an incision – it's much faster, but it doesn't look as impressive.
4. Do not fry until golden, because after they cool down, they will become hard (fry until beige).
