Ingredients:

  • warm water - 500 ml
  • flour - 900-1000 g
  • dry yeast - 10 g
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

The filling:

  • minced meat - 300 g
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • salt, pepper
  • water\broth

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar, salt, oil, yeast to warm water. Stir and leave for 10 minutes.

2. Then gradually add flour and knead the dough. Knead for about 10 minutes until the dough starts to come away from your hands and the walls of the bowl. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.

3. For the filling mix all the necessary ingredients.

4. Divide the finished dough into parts. Wrap the filling in each and form Peremech. Leave them for 5-10 minutes to rise.
