Cook and producer Dasha Malakhova shared a recipe for delicious Crimean chebureks with meat that won't burn to a pan and are very satisfying and not greasy on her YouTube channel.
Cooking secrets: be sure to add vegetable oil to the dough. It will make the dough elastic and prevent it from tearing! Also, choose flour of the highest quality as it will give the dish a very pleasant color!
Ingredients:
- wheat flour - 430 g
- any minced meat - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- water - 170 ml
- oil - 70-80 ml
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, sift flour well, add cold boiled water, salt, and oil and mix well. Then knead the elastic dough with your hands and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
2. For the filling, add finely diced onion, salt, pepper, and a little water to minced meat and mix well.
3. Make a sausage out of the dough and cut it into equal pieces. Roll each one very thinly and put the filling. Be sure to pinch the edges carefully so that the filling does not fall out.
4. Pour the oil into a saucepan, heat it very well, and put the chebureks one by one. Fry until golden brown, it will take a few minutes.
Chebureks are best eaten hot with sauces or sour cream!
