Crepes with salted fish filling according to Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi's recipe
Crepes are a very simple and versatile dish. They can be prepared with a variety of fillings, from cheese to mushrooms, fish and minced meat. Given this, crepes will always be appropriate both on the daily and festive table.
Popular chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky (yaroslavskyi_vova) shared a recipe for fish crepes on his Instagram page.
Ingredients:
Crepes:
- milk - 500 ml
- flour - 190 g
- sugar - 35 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt - a pinch
- vegetable oil - 25 ml
- butter - 25 g
The filling is fish:
- pollock - 500 g
- onion - 150 g
- mushrooms -200 g
- cream - 100-150 g
- salt, pepper
- flour
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Preparation of crepes. Add the egg, sugar, salt, flour to the rest of the milk. Stir until smooth.
2. Add the rest of the milk to the mixture.
3. Melt the butter and oil separately. Pour into the dough and mix.
4. Add the fish filling. Defrost the fish.
5. Chop the onion, chop the mushrooms.
6. Fry the onion until soft, then add the mushrooms.
7. Cut the fish into cubes. Stew together with mushrooms.
8. Add the sauce based on fried flour and butter, salt, pepper and cream. Bring it to a thick consistency.
9. Wrap the filling in pancakes. Put into a greased baking dish. You can also put butter on top and pour cream.
10. Bake in the oven.
