Ingredients
- zucchini - 700 gr
- bell pepper - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 2 pcs
- onions - 1 pc
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- cream cheese - 175 gr
- boiling water - 120 ml
- salt - 1 tsp
- spices - 1-2 tsp.
- fresh herbs
Method of preparation
1. Add vegetable oil, onion, cut into small cubes, and finely chopped carrots to a hot frying pan and mix.
2. Cut the tomatoes and bell pepper into small cubes and add to the roast. Stir to combine. Add the diced zucchini and stir again. Simmer for several minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add salt, spices, and finely grated garlic to taste and stir again.
4. Add cream cheese, stir and pour boiling water over. Simmer until the liquid evaporates.
