Ingredients for the first layer

  • Cream - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 50 gr
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • Gelatin - 10 g + 50 ml of water

Ingredients for the second layer

  • Orange juice - 500 ml
  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Gelatin - 10-12 g + 50 ml

How to prepare

1. Pour gelatin with water at room temperature and set aside to swell.

2. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar and put on fire.

3. Stir over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil. The temperature should be up to about 50 degrees.

4. Add the swollen gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Pour into any container and put in the refrigerator until completely hardened.

5. For the orange layer, pour the orange juice and sugar into a saucepan and put it on a small fire, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Do not bring to a boil, just like layer 1. Add the swollen gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.

6. Cool the liquid, pour into a container up to 1 layer. Transfer to the refrigerator until it is completely frozen.
