Crab stick salad in a new way: what to add for a bright flavor
Crab salad is a versatile dish for both a festive table and a simple lunch. The classic dish is very easy to prepare: just choose high-quality, fresh products. And for an unusual taste, you can add new ingredients, such as spices, chili, and Korean-style carrots.
Cook Tamara shared a recipe for a delicious salad with crab sticks, lettuce, cucumber, and corn on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Iceberg lettuce leaves - 100 g
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- corn - 1 jar
- Korean-style carrots - 50-70 g
- crab sticks - 1 package
Sauce:
- mayonnaise
- sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the lettuce leaves and tear them with your hands.
2. Cut the cucumbers into strips.
3. Cut the crab sticks into large cubes.
4. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with sour cream.
5. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, dress with the sauce, mix well, refrigerate for 30-50 minutes and serve.
