Crab Raffaello: how to quickly prepare an appetizer for Easter

Appetizers are one of the most popular types of food at any table. Usually, several types of appetizers are served at the festive table, and they should differ not only in ingredients but also in appearance.

A food blogger with the nickname anny.cooking suggested making crab Raffaello. On Instagram, she explained how to make this appetizer and decorate it beautifully.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks - 200 gr
  • Boiled eggs - 3 pcs
  • Processed cream cheese - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olives or olives
  • Salt - 1/3 tsp.

Method of preparation

1.Rub some of the crab sticks on a fine grater. Disassemble the other part into fibers.

2. Grate the boiled eggs and processed cheese on a fine grater and add to the sticks, divided into fibers.

3. Add chopped garlic, salt, mayonnaise and mix well.

4. Form balls and put an olive or pitted olive inside.

5. Roll the balls in the remaining crab sticks and serve.
