Ingredients:
- potatoes
- breadcrumbs
- garlic - 1 clove
- sour cream
- parmesan cheese
- dill
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and cut the potatoes into slices.
2. Boil the potatoes in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Then drain in a colander and let cool.
3. Mix the potatoes with your favorite seasonings, season with vegetable oil, and mix.
4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
5. Put on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped dill. Squeeze the garlic.
