Ingredients:
- flour - 200 g
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- sugar - 120 g
- butter - 50 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- vanilla or cinnamon - 1 sachet
- baking powder - 1 sachet
- baking soda - 1 pinch
- raisins - 100 g
- cardamom - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Cream the butter with 60 g of sugar, add cinnamon or vanilla.
2. Add the cottage cheese and beat the mixture again.
3. Mix and beat the sugar and eggs separately.
4. Add the egg mixture to the cottage cheese mixture and mix again.
5. Sift the flour together with the baking powder, add a little baking soda, mix gently with a spatula, and add the washed raisins.
6. Put the finished dough into a greased baking dish and put it in the oven for 1 hour at 170°C.
7. Sprinkle the finished casserole with powdered sugar.
