Method of preparation
- cottage cheese - 250 g
- sugar - 50 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 packet
- butter - 100 g
- flour - 200 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- corn starch - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Add sugar to cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and soft butter.
2. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough. The dough should be thick, not sticky, soft and elastic at the same time.
3. Roll out the dough on the parchment in a circle.
4. Sprinkle the center evenly with starch, put the sliced peaches and sprinkle sugar on top.
5. Bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes.
