Cottage cheese donuts without yeast in 10 minutes: a recipe from Lilia Tsvit

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- sugar - 100 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 package
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 600 g
- lemon zest - 1 tsp.
- oil for frying - 0.5 liters.
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar to the cottage cheese and grind.
2. Add the eggs, vanilla sugar, baking soda slaked with vinegar and mix everything.
3. Add the lemon or orange zest to the mixture.
4. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough, it should be thick.
5. Roll out the dough 2 cm thick and cut into doughnut shapes.
6. Pour 3 cm of oil into a thick-bottomed pan, heat to medium temperature, and fry the doughnuts on both sides, turning them over 2 times per side.
7. Place the doughnuts on a paper towel and roll in powdered sugar.
